Where Science Meets Compassionate Care

I'm Dr. Rumjhum, a physiotherapist with over 5 years of hands-on clinical experience. I graduated from M.S. Ramaiah College of Health Sciences, Bangalore in 2020 — one of India's most respected physiotherapy institutions.

I spent three formative years as Senior Physiotherapist at Sukino Healthcare, one of India's leading neuro-rehabilitation centres, leading complex recovery cases across stroke, Parkinson's, and spinal injury. I was honoured with the Best Physiotherapist Award for three consecutive years.

Most recently at Healthflex — an AI-powered physiotherapy platform — I contributed my clinical expertise to the design of wearable motion sensor technology, bridging frontline care with health-tech innovation.

I now channel all of that experience into Family Physio — to give you personalised, evidence-based care that puts you first.

Your first session includes a full physical assessment, a discussion of your symptoms and goals, and the creation of a personalised treatment plan. Please wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing.
Yes! Home visits are available for patients who are unable to travel — including post-surgical patients, elderly, or those with mobility challenges. The same quality care, delivered to your doorstep.
This varies depending on your condition, severity, and how quickly you progress. After the initial assessment I'll give you a clear treatment timeline. Most patients see significant improvement within 4–8 sessions.
